Encouraging Young Girls To Pursue Their Interests In STEM

STEMuses Inc. is a Houston-based nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering middle school girls to explore and thrive in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) We believe that passion - not stigma - should define a girl’s path. Our mission is to break down barriers and build up opportunities by connecting bright, curious young minds with inspiring mentors and hands-on STEM experiences.

Summit ‘25

On July 26th, we hosted our second annual SEMuses Summit! The girls got to hear from professional women in careers like architecture, mathematics, engineering, food science, and more! STEMuses Career Expo

Our inaugural career fair hosted over 13 accomplished professional women across an array of STEM careers and introduced young girls between the 5th and 8th grades to a diverse set of professions ranging from science research, chemical engineering, computer science, and the vast array of medical fields.
